• Before the meeting: the slide deck. Send it with the invite so the session doesn't turn into a brainstorm.
• During the meeting: the FigJam board. Capture appetite, constraints and scope live so tradeoffs are explicit.
• After the meeting: the Decision Brief generator. Turn the transcript into a first-draft PRD you edit, not a blank doc you write.
